Shipping Info
We will always try to dispatch items within 24 hour of recieving payment (note payment, not just an order!) We will always use the most speedy and direct mail option available within our postage budget (note this is set by our shipping costs). As a rule we don't use tracked or guaranteed services as we try to keep postage costs down for our customers.
Return Policy
Items will be refunded for any reason up to 14 days after receipt if returned in original packaging unused and intact. Return postage at buyer's expense. This does not include download items.

If there is an issue with your purchase (e.g. non-arrival, problem with download, damage to good in transit, not as described) please contact us asap and tell us about the problem. We will always look to solve the issue and get you the things you wanted. When this is not possible, we will refund you, at our discretion, some or all of the costs of the item and postage depending on the nature and severity of the issue. We reserve the right to withhold refunds where the nature of the problem is not made clear, unaccompanied by compelling evidence or cannot be clearly linked to a purchase.
